how long does customization take?
The total process takes roughly a week. After you submit the purchase form you can expect to hear from me within 48hrs. Then the process of revisions and payment takes place. Once all that is done you’ll receive your files!
Nope, you can not sell or give away the template you purchase. They are intended for you to use, but feel free to point others interested in brand templates this way!
Due to the nature of a digital product, I can’t accept refunds. If you’re unhappy with the template after purchasing, reach out and let’s find a solution!
do i have to supply anything?
Yes! I’ll need all the details you’d like in your brand template (which varies by design). This will include your business name and could include a tagline, established dates, and location.
is my logo one-of-a-kind?
No. Due to the nature of being a template, it is very possible that other businesses could purchase the same template and customize it for their business. But I’m sure you’ll rock it best ;)
